Lumen Reality is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing various human resources functions with a focus on talent acquisition, ensuring that recruitment processes align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience and demonstrates a strong ability to manage hiring operations within the real estate marketing sector. In this position, the HR Executive will manage a small team of two individuals and collaborate closely with company leadership to implement policies that support strategic objectives. The HR Executive drives efficient human resources operations, handling compensation and benefits administration, and ensures that all HR practices comply with organizational standards. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with departments and manage employee relations. This position is critical in maintaining a productive workforce that supports Lumen Reality's success in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates aligning with company goals and values.
- Oversee and direct a team of two HR staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives and comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive and equitable employee packages.
- Ensure alignment of HR strategies with the company’s marketing and real estate business goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to help senior management make informed decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and real estate marketing to continuously improve HR functions.
