Luminex Marketing (PVT) LTD is hiring Call Center Agents for our Johar Town, near Expo Center, Lahore office. We work with leading energy companies, helping them grow their sales and customer base through our services in electricity, gas, and water. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, promoting services, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have good spoken English, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a confident and professional attitude. Call center experience is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position, 6 days a week with Sunday off, offering a basic salary of PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 based on experience and performance, plus attractive commission of up to PKR 250,000+ on verified successful sales.

Responsibilities

Office Timings

• 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 10:00 PM onwards
• Break: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Speak with customers, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
• Promote company products/services and achieve sales targets.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints politely and provide solutions.
• Manage calls and other tasks efficiently at the same time.
• Learn about company products, services, and policies.
• Follow office timings, company rules, and work discipline.
• Attend training sessions and improve your skills.
• Work with the team and share useful customer feedback.
• Keep customer and company information confidential.
• Use office computers and telephone systems properly and report any technical issues.
