The Store Keeper will be responsible for coordinating daily store activities and leading a small team to achieve operational efficiency. The Store Keeper at M. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify physical counts against recorded inventory.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and delivery of materials efficiently and safely.
- Monitor inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies, shrinkage, or loss.
- Supervise and guide a team member to support store operations and improve productivity.
- Communicate effectively with procurement, production teams, and other departments to ensure timely availability of stock.
- Organize and maintain proper documentation such as delivery notes, stock registers, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures within the store.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement best practices.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and turnover to assist management in decision-making.
