Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of six retail associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels to optimize product availability and turnover.

- Support team skill development through coaching and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising standards.
