Description

Galleria Designs is seeking experienced Site Supervisors with a strong background in residential construction for effective site execution from foundation to finishing. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil and possesses 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete construction process of residential houses. This role demands a solid understanding of civil construction techniques, materials, and quality standards, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. The Site Supervisor independently oversees site activities, ensuring project deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met. This position involves direct coordination and management of contractors and labor teams to ensure smooth daily operations on the construction site. Attention to detail in construction measurements, material estimation, and maintaining accurate site documentation is essential. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively coordinate various site aspects to resolve issues quickly. Candidates with specific experience in residential construction projects in Lahore, Faisalabad, or Sialkot will be given preference, allowing them to integrate their local knowledge into successful site management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Interpret and utilize construction drawings and plans to guide daily site operations.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resource availability.
• Monitor construction quality and compliance with safety and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Estimate material requirements and oversee procurement to align with project specifications and budgets.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and resource management records.
• Resolve any on-site problems promptly through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Plan and schedule tasks efficiently to optimize the use of manpower and equipment on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols.
• Support site execution independently, making critical decisions to address site challenges without direct supervision.
• Maintain clear communication channels among all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress.
