You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with company objectives and resonant with the target audience. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in graphic design and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across departments. This position does not involve managing a team but requires working cooperatively in project groups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, and brochures.
- Apply principles of user interface design to create engaging and intuitive layouts that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Create visual solutions that effectively communicate the brand’s message and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and drive innovation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution and achieve desired results.
