Markethours is seeking a creative and skilled YT AI Content Creator to join our team. This full-time role focuses on producing engaging video content for YouTube and Facebook channels using advanced AI tools and video editing techniques. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience creating AI-driven videos and understands how to craft compelling content that improves viewer engagement, retention, and audience growth. While strong technical skills in AI video creation and editing are essential, the ability to research trends and optimize content for maximum impact is equally crucial. Although onsite presence in Lahore is preferred, remote work is possible for candidates demonstrating measurable results. This role involves working independently to develop video content that resonates with audiences by leveraging expertise in scripting, video editing, voiceover techniques, and AI integration. The creator will monitor performance metrics and apply best practices such as hooks and pacing strategies to maximize content retention and reach. Markethours values results-driven production, so previous experience with proven content growth on YouTube or Facebook is highly important. Though this position does not include team management responsibilities, it provides an opportunity to directly impact the brand's digital visibility and engagement through innovative content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-driven video content tailored to YouTube and Facebook audiences that captures attention and enhances viewer retention.
• Utilize video editing software like DaVinci Resolve to produce polished final products, applying appropriate pacing, hooks, and visual effects.
• Write and develop engaging scripts that align with current trends and channel branding to optimize audience interaction and growth.
• Integrate AI tools effectively to automate and improve various aspects of video production including content generation and editing processes.
• Produce clear and professional voiceovers or coordinate voiceover recordings that complement video narrative and maintain audience interest.
• Conduct thorough trend research and analyze viewer data to inform content strategy and improve video performance metrics such as reach and retention rates.
• Optimize video contents’ metadata, including titles, descriptions, and tags, to improve searchability and algorithmic preference on social media platforms.
• Monitor the effectiveness of created content by analyzing key performance indicators and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing or social media teams to align video content with broader promotional campaigns and brand goals, where applicable.
• Maintain consistent content schedules to ensure regular uploads that help retain and grow the channel’s subscriber base.
• Adapt quickly to evolving platform algorithms, audience preferences, and AI technologies to continually enhance video content quality and engagement.
