Maroof Corporate seeks enthusiastic and creative individuals for the position of TikTok Video Creator & Live Streamer based in Model Town, T Chowk, Multan. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic environment with provided equipment and support. Candidates must be comfortable showing their face on camera, have a basic understanding of English, and possess an engaging personality to connect with the audience effectively. The role promises growth with a starting salary ranging from PKR 12,000 to over PKR 50,000 depending on the chosen position and performance. Training is provided to support skill development for the long-term commitment of at least one year under a signed contract with a one-month notice period. This position operates between 12 PM and 8 PM, with live streamers occasionally working from 2 PM to 10 PM. It is strictly an office-based job requiring presence at the specified Multan location, offering daily refreshments including one meal, tea, and snacks. Candidates should have completed their Matric or FSc education and demonstrate enthusiasm for content creation and live streaming on social media platforms, primarily TikTok. This role does not involve managing a team but requires self-motivation, creativity, and dedication to consistently deliver high-quality video content and engaging live streams.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative short-form videos for TikTok that resonate with the target audience.
• Plan, produce, and edit video content using provided equipment to ensure high production quality.
• Participate actively in live streaming sessions, maintaining an engaging and interactive presence to attract and retain viewers.
• Show personality and authenticity on camera to build a strong connection with the audience.
• Follow the daily schedule strictly, working on-site from 12 PM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM for live streaming shifts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with company standards and branding guidelines.
• Receive and incorporate feedback during and after training to improve video content and live streaming skills.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during work hours and adhere to the company’s long-term commitment policy.
• Utilize basic English language skills to communicate effectively during streams and while interacting with the team.
• Adhere to company rules and guidelines concerning content creation, studio usage, and workplace conduct.
• Manage video files and organize content efficiently to support a smooth publishing schedule.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and platform changes to optimize video content and live streaming strategies.
• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm to foster an exciting and welcoming streaming environment.
• Commit to the role for a minimum period of one year under a contractual agreement with appropriate notice given for termination.
