She must be available for travel to support location-based assignments both within and outside the city. Responsibilities

• Provide professional management of high-pressure security situations with calm and authoritative presence.
• Protect VIPs, guests, and event personnel by maintaining a secure perimeter and vigilantly monitoring entry and exit points.
• Oversee stage and backstage areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety for performers and crew.
• Implement crowd control techniques to manage and assist large groups efficiently, particularly in female-only zones.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, support emergency evacuation procedures, and manage crisis intervention effectively.
• Direct a team of 8 security personnel, providing leadership, training, and real-time coordination to enhance operational efficiency.
• Employ conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies to handle potential disruptions peacefully and professionally.
• Maintain surveillance operations using CCTV systems, video surveillance software, and security camera networks to monitor security threats.
• Execute access control measures and use crowd monitoring technologies for comprehensive event security.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and emergency response planning guidelines specific to each event.
• Perform security camera troubleshooting and manage surveillance systems to maintain effective monitoring capabilities.
• Develop and maintain crisis management protocols and incident command systems to respond to unexpected events promptly.
• Support first aid readiness and oversee emergency response training for the security team.
• Travel as needed for assignments, ensuring consistent security standards across diverse locations.
