Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lady Health Visitor (LHV) with at least five years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in patient care, family planning, and reproductive health services. This role involves administering various contraceptive methods, managing reproductive health data, and providing comprehensive patient assessments to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. The candidate will work within a small team and manage one team member, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The LHV will play a critical role in supporting women's health initiatives by effectively utilizing electronic medical records systems and accurately documenting patient information. Precision in performing procedures such as intrauterine device insertion and removal, as well as hormonal contraceptive injections, is essential. The role demands a thorough understanding of family planning service delivery and a dedication to promoting reproductive health through education and hands-on care. The candidate must also ensure all patients have updated PNC cards, complying with established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care focused on family planning and reproductive health.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate contraceptive methods and healthcare services.
• Administer various contraceptive methods including intrauterine devices (IUDs), hormonal injections, and other family planning techniques.
• Perform IUD insertion and removal procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reproductive health data through electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Manage and update patient information, including maintaining PNC card records in compliance with clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and manage a team member to ensure smooth delivery of family planning services.
• Provide education and counseling to patients on reproductive health, contraceptive options, and postnatal care.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies in all aspects of service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting health outcomes related to family planning and reproductive health programs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in reproductive health care.
• Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring confidentiality, empathy, and respect in all interactions.
• Support health promotion activities and community outreach programs related to family planning and reproductive health.
