Responsibilities

- Manage daily floor operations including organization, cleanliness, and product presentation at the beauty counter.
- Ensure product displays and testers are visually appealing and accurately represent inventory availability.
- Support and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective upselling, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with the team and supply chain to replenish inventory promptly.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally to ensure an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current beauty trends, new product releases, and skincare innovations to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Assist in basic training or coaching of staff in product knowledge and customer engagement techniques to maintain team efficiency.
