Responsibilities

• Perform die changeovers and setup according to production schedules and specifications.
• Adjust machines to achieve optimal die alignment and quality standards.
• Inspect dies and machinery to identify issues and carry out necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions between jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of machine setups, die adjustments, and changeover times.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Utilize knowledge of materials and die mechanics to troubleshoot production challenges.
• Train and assist other operators on proper die changeover and setup techniques when required.
• Monitor machine performance and promptly report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
