The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing employee relations and talent acquisition, demonstrating strong skills in employee management. Managing a team of 10 persons, this role requires leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in developing HR policies, handling recruitment processes, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with different departments to address workforce challenges, support professional development, and implement initiatives that promote engagement and productivity across the company. Your presence will be key to maintaining a motivated, well-organized, and efficient workforce at Mbi Industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team of 10 members to achieve departmental goals effectively.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified talent.
• Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Monitor workforce metrics and prepare reports to assist management with decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between staff and management to promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
