Mbi Industries is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance operations within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and die setting, with at least five years of relevant experience. This role involves supervising a skilled team of 20 mechanical technicians and ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The Mechanical Supervisor plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment issues, and overseeing repairs. This position demands leadership capabilities to motivate and guide the team, promote best practices in maintenance, and collaborate closely with other departments to support manufacturing goals. Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 20 mechanical maintenance technicians to achieve departmental goals.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
• Coordinate die setting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion according to production requirements.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including reports on repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Train and develop team members in mechanical maintenance techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve mechanical failures, implementing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
