- Min. DAE in Mechanical Technology
- Having a good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (Mechanical)
- English literacy
- Understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment management
- Strong written & verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in flexible times
- Basic know-how of industrial thermal utilities
- 1 year of technical job experience (Freshers are encouraged too)
Responsibilities
• Visit customer's sites
- Selection and sizing of products
- Customer technical service support
- Project supervision/support
- Operate technical equipment in a safe manner
- Produce detailed service reports
- Liaise between the sales team and the customer’s team to properly understand customer requirements.
- Build positive relationships with customers
