The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a cashier or related role and possess strong customer service skills. This role involves handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The position requires managing a small team of 1 person, ensuring smooth operations and teamwork within the cashier area. Responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, balancing cash transactions, and supporting the team member with guidance and supervision. Responsibilities

• Process cash, check, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer by counting money at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Manage and supervise a team member, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all cash handling procedures.
• Prepare daily reports of cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies when necessary.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Support other bank staff during peak hours to facilitate customer service operations.
• Apply security measures to safeguard cash and confidential information.
