Megasynex is looking to hire an enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services, and generating new business leads. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with international clients confidently. The Cold Caller will play a vital role in supporting the sales pipeline by setting appointments and nurturing interest through persuasive conversations. This position demands a proactive and target-driven individual who is comfortable working in a remote environment. The Cold Caller will manage daily calling campaigns using CRM software to track interactions and progress. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, possess excellent objection handling abilities, and maintain a professional approach in all communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists and leads.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through effective cold calling techniques.
• Present and promote the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Manage and update client information regularly in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Handle objections and questions professionally, turning skeptics into prospects.
• Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Communicate effectively with international clients across different time zones.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
• Maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment to ensure professional communication during calls.
