Megatronics is seeking a motivated Sales Man to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while effectively promoting our range of electronic components. The ideal candidate exhibits excellent communication skills and possesses knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service principles. This position requires at least one year of experience and the ability to use Microsoft Excel efficiently for sales tracking and reporting. The Sales Man plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration with other departments and adhering to company sales strategies is essential. The role does not involve team management but requires self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support sales growth.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate electronic component solutions.
- Manage customer orders, track sales progress, and update records using Microsoft Excel.
- Leverage knowledge of e-commerce platforms to maximize sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering timely support.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making.
