Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a retail environment to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The Salesman will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance related to our diverse product offerings, including plywood and various hardware items. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems, following up on sales leads, and contributing to store merchandising strategies. Success in this position means consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals through dedication, product expertise, and building lasting relationships with clients.
