Meinhardt Consultant is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 14 years of expertise to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing power systems projects to ensure successful execution from inception to completion. This role requires strong skills in power systems analysis, project management, and the use of specialized software such as ETAP. The Electrical Engineer will lead a team of 4 persons, fostering collaboration and ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and project delivery. The Electrical Engineer will evaluate project requirements, perform risk assessments, and develop detailed schedules to optimize resource allocation and achieve critical milestones. This position demands a proactive approach to managing engineering challenges, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver efficient and innovative electrical solutions. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide the team and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices at Meinhardt Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze electrical power systems to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 electrical engineering professionals to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management and scheduling tools.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Utilize ETAP software for modeling, simulation, and analysis of electrical power systems.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status and results clearly.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies across all engineering activities.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project outcomes and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support professional development within the team.
