Description
Metro Properties is seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing deals effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of products, and the ability to engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach. As a sales officer, the candidate will focus on nurturing customer interests and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet company targets. The position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent individual performance and collaboration with other departments. The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s growth by representing Metro Properties professionally and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective sales negotiations and presentations. Previous experience in sales and a keen understanding of CRM systems will be advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads to expand the customer base using various methods including cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools to track and improve customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct sales negotiations to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently to track progress and meet sales targets.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and satisfactory client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the real estate industry and sales techniques.
