Metropolis Education System is seeking dedicated and experienced Qualified Teachers to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidates possess a strong foundation in curriculum planning and delivery along with classroom management skills. They should be adept at lesson planning, student assessment, and data analysis to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English, are essential to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues. Candidates must have at least three years of teaching experience and demonstrate strong academic leadership qualities and curriculum expertise. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires decision-making skills and the ability to maintain an organized and conducive learning environment. The focus is on delivering high-quality education and promoting student success within our school's framework.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Develop detailed lesson plans that incorporate educational standards and assessment objectives.
- Establish and maintain an effective classroom management system that fosters respect and learning.
- Conduct regular student assessments and analyze data to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt instructional methods based on assessment feedback and individual student abilities.
- Maintain clear and open communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and curriculum delivery.
- Demonstrate strong academic leadership by contributing to curriculum design and supporting school-wide academic initiatives.
- Make informed decisions related to instructional methods and student support to promote academic achievement.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
