Mir Courier Services is seeking a diligent and energetic Packing and Loader to join our operations team. This role demands an individual with physical stamina and the ability to manage manual packing, material handling, and efficient loading and unloading processes. The candidate must effectively contribute to warehouse safety protocols and optimize pick and pack activities to ensure timely shipments. Managing a small team of five members, the Packing and Loader plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth workflow, meeting delivery schedules, and supporting the overall logistics operations. This position requires at least one year of experience in related responsibilities and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate a team of five workers to achieve daily packing and loading targets in a timely manner.

- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards to protect personnel and inventory during material handling and packing operations.

- Utilize manual packing techniques to ensure secure and efficient packaging of various goods and materials.

- Handle loading and unloading activities with care to prevent damage to items and facilitate smooth transportation.

- Monitor and manage workload effectively to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring consistency in meeting shipment deadlines.

- Optimize pick and pack processes to maximize productivity and reduce turnaround time within the warehouse.

- Inspect materials and packages for accuracy, damage, and compliance with shipping instructions.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and loading areas to support safety and effectiveness.

- Report operational issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors for timely resolution.

- Foster teamwork and motivate team members to uphold high performance and adherence to company standards.
