Family is seeking a dedicated and experienced Babysitter to care for a three-year-old child on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive, and skilled in ensuring the child’s safety and well-being throughout the day. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious meals, supervising playtime and rest, managing behavior with patience, and maintaining open communication with the parents. This role requires at least two years of experience in childcare and a strong commitment to providing a nurturing, supportive environment for young children. The Babysitter does not manage a team but plays a crucial role in supporting the family’s daily routine and development of the child. Candidates should be adept at multitasking, managing time efficiently, and quickly adapting to the child’s needs to foster a positive and safe atmosphere. This position demands attention to detail, reliability, and exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain smooth coordination with parents and ensure the child's optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to a three-year-old child throughout the day.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks according to the child’s dietary needs.
• Supervise playtime and recreational activities to promote learning and development.
• Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct.
• Ensure the child’s safety during all activities, indoors and outdoors.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about the child's progress and any concerns.
• Manage daily routines such as nap times, hygiene, and dressing.
• Monitor the child's health and promptly report any signs of illness or injury.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to safe play and rest.
• Adapt caregiving methods to meet the evolving needs of the child.
