The ideal candidates will have at least six years of teaching experience and possess strong classroom management skills. This role involves planning and delivering effective lessons that engage and inspire students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment. As part of More Teaches, you will contribute to the development of students' academic and personal growth within a supportive and innovative setting. In addition to instructional responsibilities, candidates will lead and manage a team of 16 educational staff members. The role requires collaboration, coordination, and leadership to ensure teamwork and smooth operation within the academic department. The position emphasizes motivating staff, supporting professional development, and driving educational excellence to meet the goals and standards of More Teaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Lead and supervise a team of 16 teaching and administrative staff, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching materials and instructional strategies.
• Support and mentor team members to foster professional growth and improve teaching outcomes.
• Organize and participate in meetings, training sessions, and educational events to stay current with teaching methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to address academic and behavioral concerns.
• Implement school policies and procedures to maintain overall discipline and academic integrity.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the broader educational program within More Teaches.
