MSB TRADERS is seeking a diligent Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order processing. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This entry-level role requires basic computer knowledge and typing accuracy, making it accessible for fresh candidates as well as those with experience. The Warehouse Incharge will be instrumental in maintaining organized warehouse workflow and excellent customer care, directly contributing to the company’s operational success. The Warehouse Incharge does not manage a team but acts as the primary point of contact within the warehouse for coordinating activities and optimizing processes. The role demands a proactive attitude to learning and adapting to various tasks, including monitoring stock levels, handling deliveries, and supporting customer service efforts. This position offers a valuable foundation for developing warehouse management skills in a dynamic trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment adhering to company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Update and maintain inventory records using basic computer applications and typing skills.
• Assist in tracking stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages promptly.
• Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to warehouse operations.
• Support the packing and labeling process to prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Assist in periodic stock takes and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Demonstrate a responsible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse management.
