Sales and Marketing Representative

MSS Consultancy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by generating leads, engaging potential clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships. With a strong focus on both traditional and digital marketing strategies, you will help to increase brand awareness and convert prospects into loyal clients. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing, emphasizing excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and social media campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and drive qualified traffic to the company’s services.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, using customer relationship management tools to document interactions and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content to support sales initiatives and brand development.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and leads to convert them into long-term clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work closely with business development teams to uncover new market opportunities and expand company outreach.
