Mushtarka Petroleum seeks a Fuel Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the procurement, logistics, and distribution of fuel products. This role requires managing a team of 10 professionals to ensure efficient supply chain operations from supplier coordination to final delivery while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university, with preference given to those holding a Commerce degree and possessing strong industry knowledge. The Fuel Supply Chain Manager drives the planning and execution of inventory management strategies, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation activities. By analyzing market trends and ensuring regulatory compliance, the manager ensures the continuous availability of fuel products at optimal costs. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective fuel procurement strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.
• Coordinate supply chain planning activities to optimize fuel inventory levels and minimize costs.
• Manage transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of fuel products.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10 supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with fuel suppliers and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Analyze fuel market trends and conduct risk assessments to anticipate supply disruptions and price fluctuations.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies related to fuel handling and transportation.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform senior management about supply chain effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
