Mushtarka Petroleum is seeking a dedicated Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of its Lahore-based petrol station. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing fuel retail outlets and be responsible for maintaining efficient daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and driving sales growth. This position requires managing a team of 20 staff members, coordinating their schedules, and fostering a productive and customer-centric working environment. The role demands strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate fuel inventory management and loss prevention. The Petrol Pump Manager will implement effective strategies for fuel quality control, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves close monitoring of sales and revenue performance, supervision of forecourt activities, and ensuring seamless retail inventory management through automated inventory systems. The manager will also be accountable for safety protocols and environmental standards, aligning operations with industry best practices to safeguard both customers and employees. Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the petrol pump, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• Manage a team of 20 employees, including scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance protocols to uphold regulatory standards and promote workplace safety.
• Maintain precise fuel inventory management through regular stock audits, automatic tank gauging, and variance reconciliation to prevent losses.
• Supervise cash handling processes including daily cash reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by managing customer service standards, promotional activities, and product offerings.
• Administer retail inventory management systems to control stock levels of non-fuel products and supplies efficiently.
• Ensure fuel quality and forecourt management are maintained at high standards to enhance customer satisfaction and safety.
• Develop and enforce loss prevention and security measures to safeguard company assets and reduce theft or fraud risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory bodies for timely fuel deliveries, permits, and compliance updates.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to identify trends, make informed decisions, and implement improvements.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, maintaining positive relationships and enhancing the petrol pump’s reputation.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and compliance to senior management.
