Nadeem's Buffet seeks a dedicated and skilled Waiter with at least two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, ensures orders are accurately taken and delivered, and maintains a clean and organized dining environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, knowledge of menu items, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Although this position does not involve managing a team, effective collaboration with colleagues is essential to promote a seamless dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Provide thorough menu knowledge and answer any questions regarding dishes or ingredients.
• Take customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including setting and clearing according to service standards.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a hygienic dining environment.
• Manage multiple orders and requests efficiently during peak hours to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate actively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Process payments and handle transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking dining area supplies as needed.
• Participate in team briefings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
