Naeem Trading is seeking a skilled 2d & 3d Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing kitchens, wardrobes, and doors, delivering visually appealing and accurate 2D and 3D models. This role requires strong expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and texture creation for 3D assets. The designer will work closely with the team to develop detailed design plans that meet client requirements and enhance the overall quality of projects. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and a proficiency with related design tools. This position involves managing a team of three individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and meeting project deadlines. The designer leads the team in producing detailed kitchen, wardrobe, and door designs while maintaining high standards of accuracy and creativity. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to oversee the complete design process from concept to final renderings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D models of kitchens, wardrobes, and door designs using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Prepare textures and materials for 3D assets to ensure realistic and high-quality visualizations.
• Develop design concepts and present them clearly to clients and the internal team.
• Lead and manage a team of three designers, coordinating tasks and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends to continually improve project outcomes.
• Ensure all design deliverables adhere to company standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Organize and supervise the production of technical drawings and renderings for presentation and construction purposes.
• Train and mentor team members to develop their design skills and enhance overall team performance.
