Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand client base.

Manage and lead a team of 20 sales and design professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance.

Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent communication and service.

Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals and presentations that meet client needs.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless client experience.
