In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Human Resource Management based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
Position / Job Title:
Divisional Head - Talent Acquisition (SVP / EVP)
Reporting to:
Group Chief - Human Resource Management
Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidate having a Master’s degree and / or any professional certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience, including at least 10 years of experience in HR in the area of Talent Acquisition and / or HR Business Partnership, with at least 03 years at a senior level not below as one down of HR Head
- Candidates having above experience in bank / financial sector / large scale / public sector organization(s) will be preferred

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement the Bank’s Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business requirements, approved workforce plans, organizational structure and manpower budgets
- To lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including placement of job advertisement, assessment, shortlisting, offer issuance, pre-employment formalities and joining, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements and adherence to approved recruitment policies, standards and TATs, in coordination with HR Business Partners
- To lead and oversee Lateral Hiring and Batch Hiring streams, ensuring appropriate recruitment strategies and sourcing channels for each category
- To work closely with HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements, prioritize vacancies and develop timely hiring plans
- To ensure requirements are aligned with approved headcount, manpower budgets, organizational structures and replacement needs, and monitor utilization of approved vacancies
- To establish and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for critical, specialized and hard-to-fill positions to meet current and future business requirements
- To oversee executive search and headhunting for senior and specialized positions and manage strong relationships with dedicated headhunters
- To strengthen the Bank’s digital recruitment processes, including e-Staff Requisition, online employment applications and candidate databases
- To oversee the onboarding process in coordination with HRBPs and relevant HR functions, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements, documentation and joining formalities
- To establish and monitor recruitment MIS and analytics, covering hiring progress, vacancies, TATs, offer-to-joining ratios and other key recruitment indicators
- To ensure effective Talent Acquisition governance and controls, including adherence to recruitment policies, approved authorities, documentation requirements, audit observations and regulatory requirements
- To review recruitment processes and recommend process improvements and automation to reduce hiring cycle time, improve candidate experience and enhance recruitment effectiveness
- To provide talent market intelligence and recruitment insights to Senior Management and HRBPs regarding availability of talent, hiring trends and critical positions
- To lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, establish performance standards and ensure effective coordination across Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and other HR functions to deliver the Bank’s workforce requirements
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
