In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Information Technology based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Senior SharePoint Specialist (AVP)
Reporting to:
Unit Head – Process Automation
Educational /Professional Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred
Experience:
Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 03 years of experience in Software Development and / or Application Development and / or SharePoint Development
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Sound working knowledge in any of the following areas / domains:
• Microsoft SharePoint Development / Administration (online and on premises both)
• Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Office 365
• Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate and other Power Apps
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications, User Interfaces (UIs), and modules
- To translate user requirements and functionality into technical design specifications and workflows
- To work on SharePoint Designer and Power Apps to design and develop complex forms and workflows
- To build web components, lists / libraries, content kinds, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management using SharePoint on-premises and online
- To integrate SharePoint-based workflows with other systems
- To ensure the appropriate test environments are installed and properly configured before system deployment
- To conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing for developed solutions
- To lead system support efforts before, during, and after production deployment
- To lead the efforts to discover, analyze, and resolve production and operational issues / problems
- To install and configure SharePoint infrastructure and perform SharePoint administration activities
- To plan, design, and implement SharePoint security, data protection, backup, and recovery
- To design and develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI
- To perform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration, and maintenance as required
- To develop templates for the use of organization to streamline the capturing of information
- To review usage and activity reports to ensure optimized user experiences
- To implement version control for overall codes, stay current with SharePoint developments, and execute version updates and upgrades
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
