In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Information Technology based in Karachi.

Team Lead - CBA Operations - Loan (AVP)
Reporting to:
Unit Head - CBA Operations
Educational /Professional Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 04 years of experience in Core Banking Applications Operation, including loan products
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Expertise in providing first-level technical and operational support for Core Banking Applications across multiple platforms to end-users
Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas, data preparation, and data consolidation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and analyze the root cause of business application issues
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team and other relevant stakeholders
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
To lead day-to-day production support of Core Banking Loan, Asset, and Financing modules across all branches
To conduct issue analysis and ensure data accuracy and process efficiency by monitoring and providing support for loan servicing, EMI changes, and foreign exchange profit calculations
To ensure effective cross-functional coordination for the resolution of issues related to Core Banking loan modules and products
To coordinate with the Development Team, vendors, and relevant business units for root cause analysis and timely resolution of issues
To ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, audit observations, and operational risk controls
To troubleshoot operational and technical issues related to applications in liaison with internal and external stakeholders
To provide support in developing and maintaining user manuals, SOPs, and routine processes for daily and periodic operations within the department's scope
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
