In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of of Digital Banking based at Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Unit Head – DBG Strategy and Business Planning (AVP / VP)
Reporting to:
Wing Head – DBG Strategy and Business Planning
Educational /Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation in Business Administration / Economics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidates having Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration / Engineering / Information Technology or relevant professional certification, such as CFA or strategy / business planning certifications) will be preferred
Experience:
Minimum 06 years of experience in Banking and / or Fintech and / or Financial Institution and / or Software House, including 03 years of experience in Digital Banking Strategy Development and / or Business Planning and / or Digital Transformation
Candidates having experience in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with senior leadership, and delivering strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s digital and business goals would be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Proven ability to develop and execute strategy using recognized frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, OKRs) and translate it into actionable business plans
Strong track record in utilizing data analytics, market intelligence, and AI to influence business strategy and identify new opportunities
Strong financial and business modelling skills to support investment cases, budgeting, and growth planning
Expertise in defining KPIs and building performance dashboards using BI tools to track strategic outcomes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive a data-driven culture and foster accountability across teams
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
To lead the formulation and execution of the DBG strategy, aligning with the Bank’s digital priorities and vision
To drive data-driven business plans using analytics, AI, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
To collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure measurable business outcomes
To develop strategic dashboards and performance reports to guide data-driven decision-making
To coordinate with technology, products, and operations teams to execute initiatives aligned with digital banking goals
To monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and fintech developments to identify opportunities and threats
To foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and regulatory alignment within the team
To contribute to strategic planning and provide insights to support investment and business expansion decisions
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
