In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of the area of Human Resource Management based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
Position / Job Title:
Unit Head – External Audits (AGP) (AVP)
Reporting to:
Wing Head – Audits & Board Committees
Educational /Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidates having a Master’s degree, and / or any other HR professional certification will be preferred
Experience:
Minimum 06 years of experience in HR Operations and / or Audit Coordination and / or Regulatory Framework preferably in the Banking and / or Financial Services sector
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Strong Communication Skills
Effective team player
Sound adherence of confidentiality, data protection standards and record-retention requirements
Service orientated
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
To review & ensure submission of pre / post AGP and External Audit information received from HR Divisions as required
To arrange / coordinate meetings of AGP & External Audit Teams with HR officials, as and when required, including Introductory & Exit Meetings
To disseminate AGP and External Audit observations to concerned HR Divisions and seek implementation / rectification status (Corrective Action Plan - CAP)
To prepare meeting deck for Departmental Accounts Committee (DAC) & Public Accounts Committee Meetings
To manage MIS / Audit Reports & scanned data related to AGP and External Audit
To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
