In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Human Resource Management based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
Position / Job Title:
Unit Head - HR Quality Assurance (AVP / VP)
Reporting to:
Wing Head - HR Governance, Risks and Controls
Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute
recognized by the HEC of Pakistan - Candidates who have a Master’s degree and / or any other professional certificate will be
preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of Banking experience, including at least 03 years in HR Audit and / or Quality Assurance and / or HR Compliance and / or HR Operations
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Effective team player
- Sound adherence of confidentiality, data protection standards and record-retention
requirements - Service orientated
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To design, implement and periodically update the HR Quality Assurance framework, checklists,
sampling methodology and scoring criteria covering all HR sub-functions - To ensure HR policies, SOPs and process manuals are consistently applied across the Bank
- To plan and execute periodic quality reviews of all HR processes to ensure their accuracy and
completeness (legal as well as regulatory) - To conduct sample-based checks on all HR functions to verify accuracy, completeness and
Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance - To conduct root-cause analysis of identified gaps and partner with respective HR function
owners to design corrective and preventive action plans - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
