In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Special Assets Management based in Karachi.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
Position / Job Title:
Wing Head – Portfolio Management & SBP Coordination (VP)
Reporting to:
Group Chief – Special Assets Management
Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or any other relevant professional qualification will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of experience in Banking and / or Financial Institution(s), out of which at least 04 years in a managerial and / or supervisory role in Recovery and / or Risk Management and / or Portfolio Management and / or SBP Coordination and / or MIS Management and / or Business Planning, preferably in Special Assets Management
- Candidates having experience of Branch Operations and Special Assets Management will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good analytical skills with an adequate understanding of power Bl tools
- Good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with strict deadlines
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To supervise, monitor, coordinate and ensure attending SBP and compliance related matters of Special Assets Management Group (SAMG)
- To arrange and present points of contests, replies and rectification status on observations pointed out by SBP Inspection Team related to SAMG
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of the Wing
- To maintain the Statement of Classified Advances (SCA) Data
- To manage the entire MIS including, Position of Classified Advances (POCA), Outstanding Ledger Position (OLP), Legal, CIRC, SME Bank, NDFC, etc. of the Group and reporting for Divisional Heads / Group Chief
- To correspond and coordinate with SBP and internally with Groups
- To manage the total portfolio and budgets of the Group
- To manage the P&L and Recovery positions of the Group
- To correspond and coordinate with Financial Control Group
- To maintain eCIB reporting
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
