Even without direct team management responsibilities, the HR & Admin Manager contributes significantly to maintaining organizational efficiency by ensuring these critical functions are carried out accurately and timely. In addition to handling these administrative duties, the role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and office administration. The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for maintaining interview scheduling software, performance appraisal systems, and document management systems to support seamless HR operations. This role demands a professional with at least two years of experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple HR activities, contributing to an engaging work environment and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, including the preparation of Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN).
- Calculate and administer accurate payroll in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare detailed performance evaluation reports to support management in employee appraisals and performance reviews.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by gathering, organizing, and analyzing employee performance data.
- Support talent acquisition processes by coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining interview scheduling software.
- Keep administration systems updated, including document management, performance appraisal systems, and related HR software tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations in HR and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and maintain accurate employee information and documentation.
- Streamline office administration activities to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
