Natural Food International is seeking a dedicated Warehouse In Charge to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. This role requires a professional with at least four years of experience in warehouse management, who can lead a team of four personnel to maintain accurate inventory and ensure smooth logistics coordination. The Warehouse In Charge will be responsible for managing inventory control, order fulfillment, and overseeing warehouse operations to support the company’s supply chain activities. The candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining warehouse processes and enhancing productivity through effective team leadership and utilization of inventory management systems. The ideal person must demonstrate strong capabilities in inventory and logistics management, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and timely to meet business needs. This role demands proactive problem solving, clear communication, and organizational skills to maintain a seamless warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of four warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize the movement and storage of goods within the warehouse and support delivery schedules.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track warehouse activity and facilitate reorder processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies to sustain a secure working environment for all warehouse personnel.
• Analyze and improve warehouse workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, shipment schedules, and team performance to assist management decision-making.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory requirements and manage stock replenishment effectively.
• Train warehouse staff on operational procedures and use of inventory control systems to maintain high performance standards.
