About the Role
NCRI Pakistan is looking for a motivated and target-driven Collections & Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving payment-related concerns, and achieving assigned recovery targets.
📍 Location: I-9/3, Islamabad
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🏢 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Contact debtors to negotiate payments, discuss settlements, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct initial calls to assigned accounts in accordance with client requirements and targets set by the Team Leader.
- Complete daily tasks and assigned calling activities within the given timelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM, including skip tracing, call details, feedback, customer information, and agreed payment arrangements.
- Identify and update new contact information and alternative payment methods shared by debtors.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and provide daily updates on calling activities, newly assigned accounts, traced accounts, and other important account developments.
- Follow established collection procedures and maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in debt collection, recovery, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
