Description
NCRI is looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant / Product Owner to lead ERPNext implementations, translate business requirements into system solutions, and coordinate with developers to deliver scalable Frappe/ERPNext workflows.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and map business processes to ERPNext.
- Configure ERPNext modules, workflows, roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
- Lead UAT, data migration, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to resolve functional/technical issues.
- Identify process automation and product improvement opportunities.
- Support ERPNext demos, proposals, and solution design.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of ERPNext/Frappe or comparable ERP consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, or Inventory modules.
- Strong business analysis, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Frappe customization, Python/JavaScript, APIs, or SQL is a plus.
- ERPNext/Frappe certification is an advantage.
