Neriya Tech Academy invites experienced AI and Machine Learning professionals to join as Expert Trainers offering live, practical training to learners seeking to enter or advance in technology careers. This role involves delivering clear and detailed instruction on AI and machine learning concepts, workflows, and applications, including data preparation, model selection, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Trainers specialize in distinct AI career paths, applying their hands-on expertise to foster learner understanding and practical competence. The position requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to teach complex material to diverse audiences remotely. As an AI and Machine Learning Expert Trainer, you are responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, creating instructional materials, guiding learners through practical labs, and supporting their progress throughout the course. While this role does not require team management, collaboration with other subject matter experts is essential to cover comprehensive AI topics effectively. The role supports flexible scheduling, typically aligned with US time zones, and encourages candidates with at least six years of relevant experience in AI or related fields to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions focused on AI and machine learning topics, using demonstrations, practical labs, and interactive troubleshooting.
- Develop comprehensive project materials including clear objectives, architectural diagrams, step-by-step instructions, expected results, and assessment standards.
- Explain complex AI concepts in simple terms, highlighting the rationale behind each learning step and the methods to validate results effectively.
- Assess learner assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback through the instructor dashboard during scheduled support periods.
- Guide learners in articulating their project decisions and technical understanding confidently during interviews and professional discussions.
- Create and oversee AI projects that include essential aspects such as privacy considerations, human oversight, and verification processes appropriate to the chosen specialization.
- Maintain and update original instructional content while ensuring the use of authorized tools, sandbox environments, and anonymized datasets.
- Demonstrate practical examples such as building document assistants with source citation, designing agent workflows with evaluation protocols, deploying AI models while monitoring performance, or preparing governance plans addressing AI risk management and adoption.
- Participate in the selection process including experience review and delivering a live teaching demonstration to showcase teaching skills and practical knowledge.
- Coordinate availability for live sessions primarily from Monday to Saturday, adapting to agreed schedules aligned with US morning through evening hours.
