Nest9 seeks a meticulous Content Research Expert with a strong command of the English language to join the team. The role involves conducting in-depth research to produce accurate, relevant, and engaging content that aligns with company standards and audience needs. The candidate will ensure high-quality content by developing detailed outlines and reviewing articles for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and factual correctness. This full-time position requires excellent research skills, proficiency in various styles of English writing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content writers without managing a team. The successful Content Research Expert will spearhead content quality assurance by communicating constructive feedback to writers and updating content guidelines to uphold editorial consistency. Familiarity with SEO principles, style guides, and basic computer applications is essential, as well as experience in verifying facts and maintaining deadlines. This role demands a professional with an M.Phil in English literature or a related field, who can deliver informative and coherent content through structured research and rigorous review processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research across diverse topics to provide accurate and relevant content that engages the target audience.
• Create detailed content outlines that include headings, subheadings, guidelines, references, and resource links to support writers in producing well-structured articles.
• Review articles meticulously for accuracy, clarity, sentence structure, grammar, relevance, style, tone, and overall usefulness, ensuring adherence to editorial standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to writers to improve content quality and maintain consistency with company objectives.
• Develop and update writing guidelines and descriptions to assist content creators in aligning with project standards and expectations.
• Verify all factual information included in articles and perform fact-checking to maintain content integrity.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members through clear communication to facilitate content development and problem resolution.
• Apply expertise in English language styles including Business, Formal, Technical English, and Memorandum writing.
• Utilize knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
• Use basic computer skills to handle Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software tools necessary for research and documentation.
• Stay updated with AP and other style guides to maintain uniformity and professionalism in all written materials.
