Description
Niblon seeks an experienced Enterprise Development Specialist who leads strategies driving enterprise growth and sustainability. This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. The specialist will manage a team of 5 professionals to deliver robust business development initiatives, promote entrepreneurship, and enhance microfinance and SME development. Strong communication, training, mentoring, and analytical capabilities are essential to succeed in this position. The Enterprise Development Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives. Equipped with expertise in enterprise architecture, strategic planning, and business development, the specialist promotes financial literacy and effective business planning within the enterprise ecosystem. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, conducting market analysis, and delivering capacity-building programs that empower emerging businesses and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise development strategies aligned with Niblon’s goals and market dynamics.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5 professionals, supporting their growth and optimizing team performance.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and innovation within target enterprises.
- Design and deliver training programs to build capacity in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop enterprise architecture frameworks that support scalable and sustainable business models.
- Support SME development initiatives through the creation of impactful business development plans and resource mobilization.
- Facilitate partnerships with microfinance institutions and other development organizations to improve access to financing.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making and policy development.
- Provide expert guidance on financial management, enterprise risk, and compliance to enhance operational stability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise development programs and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal use and external funding agencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and enterprise network.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all development activities.
- Drive knowledge sharing and capacity building through mentorship and professional development initiatives.
