Master Trainer

Description

Niblon is seeking a skilled Master Trainer with at least five years of relevant experience to enhance our training programs. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. This role requires expertise in instructional design and facilitation, with a strong focus on delivering engaging and effective training sessions. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to successfully engage diverse participants. The Master Trainer will develop and implement training curricula, focusing on entrepreneurship, enterprise development, business planning, financial management, marketing, and SME development. This position emphasizes capacity-building programs aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of trainees. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires working closely with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met and programs are continuously improved based on feedback and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curricula that meet the learning needs of participants in entrepreneurship, SME development, and related fields.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using strong facilitation and presentation skills to maximize participant understanding and retention.
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps and development goals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training content with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Support capacity-building initiatives by providing expert guidance and knowledge transfer in business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in training methodologies, industry trends, and relevant business practices to enhance program quality.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees to help them achieve personal and professional development goals.
• Ensure all training materials and delivery methods comply with organizational policies and standards.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
