Nisar Synthetic Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical systems and projects from inception to completion. This role specifically focuses on managing the construction of manufacturing and installation plants, starting from base civil works through to final testing phases. The position requires a strong background in power systems, control systems, electrical safety standards, and project management. The candidate will lead a small team of two personnel, collaborating closely to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. The Electrical Engineer must possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least eight years of relevant experience. The role demands hands-on expertise in circuit design, troubleshooting, and the application of safety standards such as NFPA 70E. Familiarity with renewable energy systems and professional project management certification like PMP is highly preferred. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of electrical safety and performance while advancing renewable and efficient energy solutions for the company’s manufacturing and installation plants.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical circuits and systems for manufacturing and installation plants, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and performance standards.
• Oversee all stages of plant construction, coordinating from the base civil works through to electrical installation and final system testing.
• Manage and lead a team of two electrical personnel, providing technical guidance, training, and support to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting to identify issues and implement effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Apply electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E, to ensure a safe working environment for the team and the facility.
• Implement and monitor control systems with knowledge of PID control techniques to optimize automation and process control.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring all electrical engineering activities meet quality, cost, and deadline targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to technical specifications.
• Evaluate renewable energy systems opportunities and integrate efficient energy solutions into plant designs and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed documentation for designs, testing procedures, maintenance schedules, and safety compliance for all electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and electrical codes throughout all project phases.
• Utilize instruments such as multimeters and advanced electrical testing equipment to verify system functionality and safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in electrical system designs and project workflows.
