Description
We are looking for a Short-Form Content Creator & Editor who understands how to turn raw footage and long-form content into engaging, high-retention social media videos.
This role is ideal for someone who not only knows how to edit videos but also understands what makes short-form content perform well.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging short-form videos from raw and long-form content.
- Identify interesting moments and convert them into clips.
- Develop strong hooks and engaging openings.
- Add captions, subtitles, graphics, animations, music, and sound effects.
- Edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain strong pacing and audience retention.
- Follow trends and experiment with different editing styles.
- Work closely with the content team.
- Complete multiple videos according to deadlines.
- Apply feedback and make revisions when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in video editing/content creation.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and social media trends.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
Bonus Skills:
- Motion graphics.
- Basic color correction.
- Audio editing.
- Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or content creators.
Responsibilities

- Review and organize footage to create logical and smooth sequences.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver on expectations.
- Ensure final videos adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications for various distribution platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve skills.
- Address feedback promptly and make necessary revisions to meet project goals.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files for easy access and reuse.
