Nofil Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of professional experience in electrical engineering and possess the technical expertise to design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components. This role requires managing a team of 10 personnel, guiding their daily activities to ensure project goals are met efficiently and to high standards. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement electrical engineering solutions that comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include system analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical processes. Strong leadership skills are essential to effectively lead and motivate your team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 electrical engineering personnel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components to meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure integration of electrical systems within overall project plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for electrical designs, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and productivity.
- Participate in procurement of materials and equipment required for electrical engineering projects.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to electrical engineering.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
